Report A Repair / Suggest an Improvement
The Rec is managed by its members, and we strive to maintain a clean, safe, and well-functioning facility for everyone to enjoy. To achieve this, we rely on your assistance in promptly reporting any issues you may come across that you cannot address yourself.
If you spot a repair, please email firstname.lastname@example.org to report the issue. We will direct your report to the Board representative or member who has volunteered to oversee that area of the Rec.
Members are encouraged to share their ideas on how we can invest in and improve the Rec. If you have a proposal for a capital improvement project that you would like the Board to consider, please fill out this form. Once submitted, the Board can review your idea and, if appropriate, schedule time for you to present the proposed improvement in more detail during a Board meeting.
The Board plans to discuss proposed capital improvements and expenditures in the Fall. This ensures adequate time to plan for a project and its expense in the next calendar year's budget. Additionally, certain projects may require presenting the proposal to the membership at the Annual Meeting.
Of course, the Board is committed to continued improvements and may adopt less expensive and straightforward capital improvements throughout the year.
