When you first enter this scheduling web site, you must register using the club ID, which you can obtain by contacting the Rec at members@diamondarec.com. We will send you the club ID via email. During the registration process, you will be asked to provide your name, email address and phone number.

1. Purpose of the Reservation System
The Reservation System is intended to prevent the situation where members arrive at the courts and find the courts in use. It serves as a communication tool to enable players to better organize their plans and make good use of the courts in a cooperative manner. It is also intended to insure that the maximum number of players get court time during peak demand periods, which are typically during the morning hours and on weekends or holidays.Reserving court time(s) at the Diamond A Recreation Center is available to all members by accessing the court scheduling web site, provided by holdmycourt.com.
2. Diamond A Court Reservations Rules
1. Only Diamond A Recreation Center members may use the scheduling software to reserve times at our courts.
2. No sharing of passwords is allowed. Each member must register and receive their own password.
3. Reserved time slots can be set in 30-minute increments for up to 90 minutes of play. The default is 90 minutes.
4. The software allows reservations for today and up to seven days in advance.
5. The software allows members to schedule for TODAY at any time during the day.
6. We have had to configure the software to allow members to reserve more than one time slot per day. This is not ideal. However, with our two tennis courts and two pickleball courts and the layouts of these courts, we needed to make this change. THE ONLY INSTANCE WHERE THE SAME MEMBER SHOULD RESERVE TWO TIME SLOTS PER DAY AT THE SAME TIME IS WHEN SCHEDULING TENNIS COURT #2. TO EFFECTIVELY SCHEDULE TENNIS COURT #2 WHICH IS WHERE PICKLEBALL COURT #2A AND PICKLEBALL COURT #2B ARE, THE MEMBER MUST RESERVE BOTH PICKLEBALL COURTS AT THE SAME TIME. This workaround will be on the honor system. THIS IS THE ONLY INSTANCE WHERE ONE MEMBER MAY BOOK TWO COURTS AT THE SAME TIME, THAT IS, IN SCHEDULING TENNIS COURT #2. Two members of a group are not permitted to reserve back to back time slots to allow their group to play for several hours.
7. The software will send a confirmation to your email once you have reserved a court time. You may bring a printout of that email to the court to verify (if necessary) that you have the court reserved. Note that the website displays nicely on a smart phone, so you could just bring your phone or show the email confirmation.
8. On arrival at the court, with your printout or smartphone, if no one is on your court, just take the court and start play. Otherwise, inform those playing that you have the court reserved, and allow them to finish their current game before taking the court.
9. Once your reserved time is up, if no one is there to claim the court, you are welcome to continue to play as long as you want. However, if someone shows up late to claim the court, you are obligated to yield the court. This applies whether or not they have a reservation and you have played at least 1 1/2 hours already. That is to say, 1 1/2 hours of play is the default "courtesy" time period of play before yielding the court to another member.
10. Members are welcome to play anytime that the court is not reserved. For example, one could play in the morning at a time you reserved and then play again later in day, when the courts are not reserved. And one can continue play after 1 1/2 hours if no members have arrived to play.
11. If you decide that you cannot play at the time you reserved, please go to the website promptly and cancel your reservation. This frees up the court so it can be reserved by other players.

3.1 Getting Started: Registering and Getting a Password
1. Go to the Diamond A website and click on "The Rec" and then click on "Court Reservations."
2. On the Tennis and Pickleball Court Reservations Page, the link to the holdmycourt.com web site is at the end of the third paragraph.
3. Click on it!
4. You should be transferred to the holdmycourt.com site page for Diamond A.
Yes, there are ads on the page because using the software we are using is free to us.
5. At the top left of the page, click on "Sign In or Register" and the login page will display.
6. Use the "New Registration" section to enter your information. You will need to use the Club ID that will be sent to you when you request a login (see above). You can just click on a field to move around or use the tab key. Once you have entered your information, then click on the "Register" button or just hit "Enter" if it is already highlighted.
7. The software will generate a password for you and it will email that password to the email
address that you entered. If you don't see the email with your new password in a few minutes, then look in your spam folder.

2. Go to the Diamond A website and click on "The Rec" and then click on "Court Reservations".

6. At the top left of the page, click on "Sign In or Register" and the login page will be displayed.
7. Enter your email address and password in the appropriate fields in the page section entitled "Please sign in to make a reservation". You can click on a field to start entering or use the tab key to move from field to field. When ready, click on the "Sign In" button or just press Enter if it is already highlighted. If you type in the information incorrectly, the software will display an error message in red and give you the chance to re-enter it.
8. If you have entered a valid email and password combination the website signs you in and shows the court times available and reserved for today and the next six days.
9. If you want a time today, just click on that time. If you want a time tomorrow, then click on the desired date and the page will refresh with the schedule for tomorrow.
10. Once you have clicked on the desired date and time, the website will display the confirmation page.
11. Please review the information presented to make sure that it is what you
want. Then, click on the "Submit" button to complete your
reservation. Congratulations! You can now sign out by clicking on the "Sign Out" text at the top of the page. You
should receive a confirmation email shortly. The body of the email will look as
follows:

12. IMPORTANT NOTE: TENNIS COURT #1 IS TENNIS ONLY. PICKLEBALL COURT #2A AND PICKLEBALL COURT #2B EACH MAY BE BOOKED SEPARATELY FOR PICKLEBALL.
FOR TENNIS ON TENNIS COURT #2, THE MEMBER MUST BOOK BOTH PICKLEBALL COURT #2A AND COURT #2B. THIS IS ON THE HONOR SYSTEM AND IS THE ONLY INSTANCE WHERE A SINGLE MEMBER MAY BOOK TWO COURTS AT ONCE.
3.3 How to Cancel or Change a Reservation
1. As mentioned in the rules section, please cancel a reservation as soon as you know that you will not need a court that you have reserved.
2. If you want to change a reservation time, please delete the current reservation and then make a new reservation.
3. Go to the Diamond A website and click on "The Rec" and then click on "Court Reservations".
4. On the Court Reservations page, Click on the link to the Tennis and Pickleball Court Reservations web site - at the end of the third paragraph.
5. You should be transferred to the holdmycourt.com site page for Diamond A.
6. At the top left of the page, click on "Sign In or Register", and you will be taken to the login page.
7. Enter your email address and password in the page section entitled "Please sign in to make a reservation". When ready, click on the "Sign In" button or just press Enter if it is already highlighted.
8. If you have entered a valid email and password combination the website signs you in and shows the court times available and reserved for today. If the reservation you wish to cancel is for another day click on that date to display court times for that date.
9. After clicking on the reservation time you want to cancel, the website displays a confirmation page.
10. Click on the "DELETE this reservation" text to cancel your reservation. The website software will then re-display the page showing the court times with your time selection now shown as available.
11. You can now sign out by clicking on the "Sign Out" text at the top of the page. You will receive an email shortly with the following message:
